Transformative video in a corporate context

The process starts before you first make contact. Maybe something is stuck in your business that you want to shift or that something has shifted in your organisation that you want to capture. Whatever it is there is a willingness to go on a journey of collaboration and investigate.

After the first meeting we can work in many different ways. I can come in and work with the people you choose and film live where one at a time you sit in front of me and the camera and talk about whatever is live for you in that moment.

Your image is projected on a screen for you colleagues to share in your experience and really see you. This may sound like a scary idea but the effects of this process are transformative. The material filmed during this time can be erased, given to you in its entirety or edited into short films for you to keep or share within the organisation.

We Seeing You

You Seeing You

I work with individuals, chosen by you, and make a series of film portraits where I sit with each person for as long as it takes for them to reveal their purpose and authentic self. I then edit a series of short film portraits which can be used internally or published more widely.

Me Seeing You

I come in and spend time within your organisation and explore who and what your business is. I choose a group of people from all levels of your organisation and we do a live film as above or I can make film portraits of each individual. Again you can have all the material or I edit the material into short films and a composite film that shows the Soul of your business through the people who work within it and with you.
